    We are looking for admission coordinators who would like to help people that are suffering from addiction. As a member of our Team you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, emails and live chats from individuals and families looking for help with substance abuse. The admissions coordinator must be able to take each call from front to back and have strong sales skills to be comfortable with asking for money and overcoming objections. We want a sales professional who can be compassionate and help guide these clients to getting the help they desperately need!


    Training will be provided on the admission process and systems.

    Compensation : 17/hr plus uncapped commissions and weekly bonus opportunities

    Certified Addiction Professional (CAC) classes provided to those that want to advance their careers





    Computer literate - Gmail, Word, Excel

    Must have good communication skills


    CRM - Salesforce - not required but very helpful

    Call Tracking Metrics - not required but very helpful

    Knowledge of the Addiction Field - not required but very helpful

    Knowledge of Insurance benefits - not required but very helpful
