    Delphi Behavioral Health is currently recruiting for a Human Resources Generalist reporting to the Director of Human Resources. This position will provide HR support to Delphi as well as our other facilities located in Southeast Florida. May also provide HR support to our locations in California and Maryland. 


    General Purpose of the Position

    The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with Senior HR Management. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: recruitment, employee relations, license/certifications, onboarding and policy implementation. Cross training as support for Payroll Specialist may be required.



    • Responsible for recruitment support for Delphi and all of its' companies including Delphi Corporate, Pathway to Hope, Ocean Breeze Recovery, Arete, Palm Beach Institute and Maryland House Detox center.
    • Support recruitment of California facilities and future business opportunities.
    • Recruitment Process includes:
    • Review Job Requisition to see if position is approved and budgeted amount for
    • Posting positions through our Internal (if needed) and external posting process.
    • Posting of Confidential Postings/Positions
    • Review resumes to ensure they meet all qualifications including Education, Experience and skill set and present qualified candidates to management
    • Support with scheduling of interviews along with HR Assistant
    • ICIMS/Applicant Tracking System
    • Job Requisitions- Ensure an approved Job Requisition is signed and complete to authorize postings
    • At time of hire sends manager/director calendar reminder of 90-day review (dated 2 weeks prior)
    • Participates in the NEO (New Employee On-boarding) to share/rotation with other HR Staff members
    • Notifies IT of new and employees leaving the company.
    • Sends Exit Interview to employees who are leaving and tracks the returns
    • Tracks Exit Checklist to ensure all company property, Keys/Fobs, ID Badge are collected.
    • HR Liaison for Employee Relations, gathering information and support documentation for the HR Director.
    • Ensure License and Certifications are compliant at all times. Monitors dates, maintains Excel Report and sends out reminders.
    • May require some local travel between facilities (all located in the SE Florida location).


    Required Skills:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, Human Resources or related Field
    • 4 – 8 years HR experience (Prefer 3 of those years in Healthcare)
    • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, MS Office
