    Job Description:


    To Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for booking and maintaining the daily deposits of multiple facilities, and the processing of invoices.






    • Daily reporting of deposits and ACH/EFT
    • Accurately maintain multi-facility share sheets
    • Create invoices, sales receipts and deposit using Accounting Software
    • Work closely with billing company and facilities in resolving balancing errors
    • Receive, verify, and enter discrepancy report changes
    • Complete and balance month-end reports for all facilities and issue to Corporate Controller


    • Assist Controller with other duties and tasks as required




    • Experience with NetSuite or similar accounting software
    • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Detail oriented, strong organizational skills, and ability to work independently and/or with a team
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
    • Ability to follow through with direct reports
    • Ability to work independently or with a team
    • Ability to follow direction as instructed and follow through on tasks assigned
    • Possess a positive attitude
    • Ensure a high level of accuracy


    Education and Experience

    • High School Degree required
    • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, a plus
    • Experience in the healthcare industry, a plus
    • 3+ years practical work experience
    • Knowledge of internal controls
    • Understanding of US GAAP

    Work Environment


    This job operates in an office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.


    Physical Demands


    This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary. 


    Position Type/Expected Hours of Work


    This is a full-time position. Standard business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.




    This position requires periodic travel between facilities, including some out of state travel.
