We are looking for talented sales reps to join our inside admissions team. As a member of our team you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, emails and live chats from individuals and families looking for help with substance abuse. The admissions coordinator must be able to take each call from front to back and have strong sales skills to be comfortable with asking for money and overcoming objections. We want a sales professional looking for a home to display their talents and not someone just looking for a job.
Training will be provided on the admission process and systems. We WILL NOT train you on how to sell. You will be expected to meet monthly quotas and learn the company inside and out during training. When training is complete you will be given a test to see how serious you are about becoming part of the team. Are you up for the challenge?
