Delphi Behavioral Health Group is looking for a Full Time Temporary Human Resources Generalist with the potential to become a permanent full time employee.


Responsibilites / Job Duties:


  • Job Requisitions - Ensure an approved Job Requisition is signed and complete to authorize postings
  • ICIMS/Applicant Tracking System
  • Post all positions and notify managers when posted
  • Post internal job postings in Careers Email as well as external postings
  • Pull resumes and send qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Assist managers with scheduling interviews
  • Extend verbal offer and ensure HR Assistant has application, resume, information needed for offer letter and onboarding process
  • At time of hire sends manager/director calendar reminder of 90 day review (dated 2 weeks prior)
  • Participates in the NEO (New Employee On-boarding) to share/rotation with other HR Staff members
  • Tracks Exit Checklist to ensure all company property, Keys/Fobs, ID Badge are collected.
  • Notifies IT of new and exiting employees
  • Sends Exit Interview to employees who are leaving and tracks the returns
  • Able to explain the overview of Employee Benefits.


  • Minimum of Associates Degree in HR/Business Administration or related field
  • Bachelors Degree in either Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Three to five years experience in Human Resources with Recruitment, Benefits and Compensation
  • Must have Human Resources experience in Healthcare for 2-3 years of their HR experience
