Overview

Delphi Behavioral Health Group is looking for a multi-talented graphic and web designer to join our rapidly growing Marketing Department. Our ideal candidate is someone who is both self-sufficient and works well in a collaborative team environment with front-end developers, programmers, SEO, content writers, and outreach (social media, email marketing, link building). This person will be responsible for curating creative, responsive and engaging web content as well as maintaining existing content through updates and enhancements. This person will be in charge of creating everything from website designs to campaign landing pages. They will keep visitor usability and SEO as top priorities while designing all visual elements and other digital marketing assets.

  • Working alongside current Designer, Jr. Front-end Developer, Sr. Software Engineer and Developer, and Sr. Wordpress and Web Developer.
  • Plans site design by clarifying goals; designing functionality.
  • Develops site navigation by categorizing content; funneling traffic through content.
  • Design both concepts and final layouts of web pages with focus on user experience
  • Develop responsive web content that is optimized for best user experience and SEO
  • Bring fresh ideas and creative communications to support the brand strategy, and desired brand image and perceptions
  • Update content and graphics of all existing content
  • Help monitor performance and results; identify and evaluate improvement options
  • Design digital media assets for web, social, banners, and other marketing materials
  • Collaborate with various teams to complete tasks
  • Design high converting landing pages (both copy and design) for digital marketing campaigns
  • Create and maintain team style guides
  • Collect feedback from project managers, directors and executives, and implements changes
  • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards

Work Environment & Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in an office setting.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week). Days and hours of work are Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Travel

Minimal travel required (e.g. conferences) on occasion.

Required Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required, plus college degree or equivalent certified training

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years designing websites from scratch
  • College degree or equivalent certified training is preferred
