Our national network of accredited behavioral health and substance abuse treatment centers is looking for top-notch business development professionals to join our growing team.  Outside sales experience preferred.  Seeking experienced candidates as well as extremely qualified entry-level candidates willing to learn. Valid driver’s license and vehicle required.  Fulltime salary and benefits, as well as car allowance and opportunity to earn bonuses and promotions.  Resumes containing a link to candidate’s Linked-In profile will receive preference.


  • Responsibilities:

    • Presents company and its facilities to professionals in a manner that is effective and appropriate.
    • Is competent in understanding basic concepts and terms of commercial healthcare insurance.
    • Responds to email, text or phone call correspondence concerning company business in an immediate manner.
    • Is present for all conferences calls, mandatory meetings and trainings.
    • Studies and acquaints themselves with company marketing procedures such as facilities information and  services provided by company.
    • Proficient use of cellular equipment and computers.  Becomes proficient in the manner to submit referrals, correspond with family members and referral sources and submit those referrals to our admissions dept.
    • Develops and maintains active business relationships with professionals who can refer patients to company such as: hospitals, employee assistance programs, professional assistance programs, private practices, social workers, case managers, nurses, attorneys, court liaisons, doctors, union labor stewards/reps, private counselors, psychiatrists, psychologists.

    Performance Objectives:

    • Carries out quality presentations for persons and entities that are able to refer patients to company. (At least 5 per month are required)
    • Makes 5-8 contacts every business day, 2 of which are new contacts.
    • Networks with other marketing consultants in a professional manner in order to improve the company work environments by sharing and learning new techniques and strategies as a team.
    • Is dressed professionally for business meetings, conferences, sales calls and any other work related activities.
    • Adheres to all rules regarding expenses. Submits monthly expenses with receipts for each expense and in the manner directed.
    • Works weekends and evenings/nights as needed.
    • Participates in overnight travel on an as needed basis.
